Policy Review
The policy review will identify safety and soundness concerns and operational
effectiveness of the policy. Additionally, the policy will be reviewed for common
elements to ensure a consistent format and design. A detailed report will be provided
for each policy that is reviewed, identifying weaknesses in the policy that may
expose your institution to unnecessary safety and soundness risks.
Policy Creation
Most institutions have not implemented a policy framework and lack a common
format. Assigned personnel responsible for implementing the policy may not understand
the risk that the policy is trying to address, and how to implement the policy in
the end to end control process. This service will help you implement a policy framework
in your institution. Our staff will rewrite your policies to comply with the policy
framework and even create new policies when necessary.
Policy Remediation
